Position OverviewWe’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Telemarketer to support our sales team behind the scenes. This role is not focused on closing sales - instead, you’ll play a key part in helping our producers stay focused on prospecting and closing by handling important backend sales tasks.
You’ll assist with quoting leads, following up through calls, texts, and emails, and keeping communication organized and timely. If you enjoy structured work, staying organized, and being part of a team’s success without the pressure of sales quotas, this could be a great fit.
Schedule
  • Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Occasional weekend support (approximately 4 hours every few weekends)
Responsibilities
  • Assist with quoting and preparing proposals for incoming leads
  • Make outbound calls, send texts, and emails to follow up with prospects
  • Support sales team by managing lead communication and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
  • Help keep the sales pipeline organized and moving efficiently
  • Provide general administrative and backend support to sales producers
Qualifications
  • Property & Casualty license required (or willing to obtain; assistance provided)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable communicating via phone, text, and email
  • Reliable, consistent, and able to follow processes
  • No prior sales experience required

Compensation $40,000.00 per year
