"I just switched my homeowners and auto policies over to State Farm with Matt’s agency. Noah is my guy who helped walk me through all the in’s and out’s of policy options and helped me make the best decision for me and my property (home and auto!) Noah is awesome and so helpful! Also, I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Sarah who is wonderful and follows up checking in making sure that everything has transferred/transitioned smoothly after canceling my old policy with my old insurance carrier… she took the time to reach out and help explain a couple things I forgot! Sarah and Noah have made the switch easy and a great choice! Thank you!"

"I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE A-1 CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAD RECEIVED FROM LEAH TODAY. SHE DOESN'T KNOW ME FROM ADAM AND YET SHE TREATED ME WITH RESPECT AND CARED ENOUGH TO ASK ME QUESTIONS IN SUCH A WAY AS TO GENTLY ASK INSTEAD OF PUSHING ME OFF THE PHONE AS QUICKLY AS SHE COULD. SHE TRIED TO GET TO KNOW WHAT MY NEEDS WERE SO THAT SHE COULD GET ME A QUOTE THAT WAS CORRECT AND FAST, AND THEN SHE HAD FOUND OUT THAT I CANNOT COME TO STATE FARM FOR A FEW MORE MONTHS UNTIL AN ACCIDENT DROPS OFF MY RECORD, AS SHE LEARNED OF THIS INFORMATION USUALLY YOU'LL HEAR A QUICK CHANGE IN THE AGENTS VOICE THAT GOES FROM CARING ANF UNDERSTANDING TO A QUICKENED AND MORE HURRIED ATTITUDE TO GET YOU OFF THE PHONE BECAUSE THEY DONT WANT TO WASTE ANY MORE TIME ON YOU BECAUSE THEY CANNOT MAKE A SALE WITH YOU, SHE CONTINUED IN HER SAME VOICE WITH CARING AND UNDERSTANDING WITHOUT MISSING A BEAT AND CONTINUED MY QUOTE AND MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE AND AT EASE TO ANSWER ALL OF HER QUESTIONS TRUTHFULLY AND QUICKLY AND MADE ME FEEL AS THOUGH I COULD ASK HER ANY QUESTION I FELT AT EASE IN ASKING HER TO GET MY QUOTE, WHICH WA S NOT THE ORIGINAL REASON FOR MY CALL TO HER OFFICE IN THE FIRST PLACE. "One of their clients damaged my Polestar 2 near Plainfield, IN and they were found at fault by the police who responded. State Farm accepted responsibility but it took several hours of phone calls to get "authorization" for the vehicle to be towed to the nearest facility that could work on a Polestar, 200 miles away in Columbus, OH. Now that the repairs are complete, they refuse to return my Polestar to Plainfield and insist I have to go to Columbus to get my car back. It's not my fault their client hit me and it's not my fault my car couldn't be repaired locally, but they don't care."
