If you cant tell by the title, I had an excellent experience working with her! She was polite, personable, and consistently followed through on everything she said she would do, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
One thing I especially appreciated was her ability to dig into the details. When I had questions about changes in my premiums, she took the time to obtain specific information and clearly explain the reasons behind both increases and decreases. That level of transparency and follow-through is rare.
What stood out even more was the thoughtfulness of the office. Around the one-year anniversary of my mother’s passing, they sent a kind and unexpected gesture of support. That level of care meant more than I can express.
If you have the opportunity to work with State Farm's Matthew Kwiatkowski office, then do it! Based on my experience with Sarah, I have no doubt that the entire office operates with the same level of professionalism and care. "I am highly disappointed in the recent customer service I received after filing a claim. I have been with State Farm since I first started driving and am 62 yrs of age. Neither Matt nor Leah have returned my phone calls and the policy and claim denial that took place is rediculous. I will be changing insurance companies.
