"I was cold, called by them, and I thought it would be a good idea to switch my insurance.\n I changed my auto insurance gave them my homeowners insurance and my Life Insurance. They talked me out of my Life Insurance Policy that I had had for 20 years and then I couldn't get another one because they canceled my previous 1. Not telling me that I couldn't get another Life Insurance Policy. Based on the medication I took, and then I had to fight for a refund of the money that I put down for the new life insurance policy. Then I had an accident, and I asked them to navigate this process for me and they were no help. Because the accident was not my fault. This has been the worst insurance company I have ever worked with. I hate State Farm and I wish that I could just find another insurance company to take over all of my insurance. But I just don't have the time or the energy now to put into that research."
